Grandeur TERMS AND CONDITION
All orders placed with Grandeurinteriors.co.uk parties agree to the requisite of terms and conditions as outlined below. Such terms and conditions are applicable to all goods and services provided by Grandeurinteriors.co.uk via telesales or any online services Grandeurinteriors.co.uk provides. These terms and conditions will have little effect on your statutory rights as a customer.
1. General
1.1 All orders placed will be contractually Bond once your confirmation order has been received. It will be to the acumen of the company to agree or rebuke any order/s.
1.2 When communicating with Grandeurinteriors.co.uk in any form please make reference to your order confirmation number (i.e. Surname name, delivery and postal codes)
1.3. has the right to alter and change the terms and conditions at any time at the companies' discretion. Such information can be correlated to but not partial to methods of payments, changes legal stratification, delivery, system regularities and any other business.
1.4 Items sold will consist of a 1 year manufacturer's warranty (in relation to article 8)
1.5 Various items will be delivered as flat packed and require assembly. Such assembly must be carried out by strong and healthy individuals to alleviate any health risk. We highly recommend not soliciting any tradesmen or hiring with intention to help assemble items of delivery. Always check goods/furniture have arrived with order specification as placed. Check parts are not missing and no damage occurred upon delivery.
1.6 It is important current furnishings not to be disposed off or disassembled until ordered goods have been accumulated, Grandeurinteriors.co.uk will not be responsible for any unsuccessful transport and date of delivery if circumstances render companies delivery commitments to safely provide goods on time (in relation to article 6).
1.7 All mattresses made of memory foam will be delivered rolled and vacuum packed.
2. Cancellation
2.1 Any cancellations/amendments must be notified via Grandeurinteriors.co.uk giving advance notice of 24 hours prior to date of delivery.
2.2 Permit 5-10 working days for money to show in the bank account from the date and time of cancellation in requisition to items not sent out.
2.3 If you intend to cancel dispatched orders with couriers, a delivery charge will be incurred, £29.00 to redeliver goods. This may be in relation to refusing to accept delivery at the given postal address after the agreed date of delivery. Except if agreement has been converted prior to the date of delivery (24hrs notice).
3. Returns and Exchanges
3.1 You have a 14 day money back no-quibble return from the day you receive the goods. However some provisions apply
3.1.1 The goods must be in their original packaging or suitable packaging (suitable packaging includes all parts of the item packaged)
3.1.2 Any item that is already assembled cannot be returned unless the item is defective or incorrect, items must be returned unused.
3.2 Defective or incorrect item -- if the item is defective or incorrect we will need to verify this, please understand that liability is on you to provide clear images before arranging a return or exchange. You will be required to provide images.
3.3 Incorrect and defective items will be replaced for you as long as sufficient evidence has been provided.
3.3.1 If the item has been damaged by yourselves or from incorrect use of the item, this will breach your warranty and we shall not replace the items
3.4 If there is nothing defective or incorrect with the item and you would like to return the item we can arrange a collection for you via our Furniture delivery team at a cost from £49. The cost of receiving the goods, the collection service, will be deducted from your refund. Goods can be returned via your own courier arrangements. This is also subject to 3.1.1 and 3.1.2
3.4.1 When arranging a collection service for damaged or faulty goods on the agreed date, it's important you're available on the date and time arranged. If collection is missed on more than two occasions due to failure to be available you will be liable for any further costs to collect the goods.
3.4.2 Any mattresses that have been used and it is passed the 14 day money back guarantee cannot be returned
3.4.3 We will not admit accountability for item/items faulty from fair wear and tear, damage by the consumer, carelessness, mishandling from a third party
3.4.4 We will also not be accountable for damage from failure to follow guided instructions and repairs/ adjustment you have made without due competence
3.5 Items returned by yourself -- You will be reprimanded to all the above conditions
3.5.1 -- will not agree to legislate compensation for journey, this includes but not limited to money for fuel, courier expenses, time off work and all other related matters
3.5.2 -- All fittings, parts, fixtures and must be returned, any damage occurred during transit will be chargeable with the cost deducted off the refund when returned to us via your own courier arrangements.
3.6 You have no right for a refund if you marshal of the item before a collection/ return
3.7 Refunds will only be issued once goods have been collected.
4. Collections
4.1 Any item to be collected will be from the delivery address (unless otherwise agreed). The date for collection will be company's decision, It may be possible to agree a date to suit both parties, but only at the discretion of company
4.2 If it is not you personally that will collect item on the day agreed, but another member of the public will replace you, an email of notification to the company will be required
4.3 The courier assistance will only collect from the communal door and will not collect from any different floors including basements
4.4 If assistance is required to collect item/s from a room we will not be responsible for any damage caused to you or your property. This is at your own accord and risk. Grandeurinteriors.co.uk will not be liable for any damages occurred.
4.5 In case damage does take place and you do not follow above guidelines, instead subject us to dispute, we may require an imbursement for wasted time and costs for collection
4.6 You have a lawful duty to take responsible care of the products received this includes all the original packaging is left with you and if you contravene this we have the right to be compensated for the contravention
4.7 Permit up to 5-10 days for any funds to be returned from the point of collection.s
5. Description and Specification of Items
5.1 All imagery, drawings/ picture sizes and descriptions publicised on Company website or in relation to product wrapping are produced to support you to estimate idea of the products we provide on website
5.1.1 All products and service descriptions are modernised frequently to provide the most appropriate form of action to relate to item/items
5.1.2 All products are contrived according to industry standards. This also comprises of mattresses following all the UK fire resistant regulations and procedures
5.2 All products will be supplied with the specification as explained in description.
5.2.1 Grandeurinteriors.co.uk will make every attempt to match colours and stitching to all the finishes on the product, but in some cases colours and stitching may differ
5.2.2 Environmental factors may change colours depending on availability
5.2.3 In relation to 5.2.1 mattresses body may differ, though mattress blueprint will correspond to the description.
5.3 Every image portrayed on company website are digitally created and depending on the way and how it is viewed, images may slightly alter
5.4 In extremely uncommon cases Grandeurinterior.co.uk will supply products that have slight depiction and design discrepancy, though similar to the product ordered. This will only transpire if your item is not available to send for any unintended, unanticipated situations
6. Delivery
6.1 We hire a particular dispatch service team to deliver most of our products.
6.1. The courier service will contact you to choose a delivery date, this maybe communicated via telephone, text or email

6.3 Grandeurinterior.co.uk will endeavour to dispatch order within the time frame allocated/requested or confirmed. Furthermore we only offer approximations and not agreements. Nonetheless for causes out of company control deliveries maybe cancelled or may not be delivered and we shall reschedule
6.4 Our supplier's couriers will only deliver to the delivery address and in agreement with 4.3
6.4.1 To avoid deceptive dealings, if change of delivery address is requested it will be required of you to supply proof/ ID that you are registered at the billing address. A utility bill, driving licence or passport copy would be sufficient for us to change the address
6.4.1.1 It is at Granderuinteriors.co.uk judgement to alter the billing address and we have the right to refuse to alter the address
6.4.1.2 Once the product is dispatched or routed the address cannot be altered and you subject us to change the address or date you may incur a charge for redelivery
6.5 We provide a FREE delivery service to almost all Mainland UK
6.5.1 The following postcodes are however chargeable; PA, G, EH, KA, DG, FK, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW, TR, GY, JE, SA, IM, ZE, HS, BT, ISLE OF WIGHT
6.6 All your products when delivered will be fully insured by Grandeurinteriors.co.uk
6.7 Ordered items you miss after confirmed date of delivery, you may sustain a charge for redelivery of item
6.7.1 If for any reason the courier service provider does not deliver your product, you cannot subject us to liability for time taken off work or other costs that may have transpired as a result.
6.8 Distribution during the festive periods and national holidays maybe subjected to extra charge at companies discretion
6.9 Multiple ordered items, may incur two or more deliveries because some items may come directly from suppliers and others supplied by our in house courier. We will work towards ensuring products are delivered on your agreed date
6.10 If access to delivery address is limited, it is your obligation to notify us and provide the required information
6.10.1 It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery to your address is problem free
6.11 We do not take responsibility or liable for any damage to your property during transport or neglect caused by the delivery service provider.
6.11.1 We will not be accountable for any maintenance or costs in relation to all subject matters related to 6.11
6.12 We do not provide service to take away used beds or mattresses as well as removing packaging
6.13 Grandeurinteriors.co.uk will exchange your delivery and contact information with its courier service provider. They will only use contact information to permit you to choose a delivery date to suite, they may contact you a day prior to delivery date. If customers wish they may opt out from our couriers using information to contact you in order to make delivery arrangements, please contact company/ office or email before/after purchase
7. The Order
7.1 All goods delivered will be the responsibility of the recipient
7.2 In connection to 3 and 4 we will not be accountable for storage expense that you incur when exchange or collect is being re-negotiated
7.2.1 This also applies if the company courier service or supplier has sent out the wrong product
7.3 Infrequently when vacuum packed and rolled memory mattresses arrive they unsurprisingly give off a chemical odour because they are manufactured using polyurethane and other compounds. These are pure compounds and advisable to let it air for a minimum of two working days in exceptional cases please allow up to 7 days.
8. Two Year Manufacturer's Warranty
8.1 All our products come with a free one year manufacturer's warranty. The warranty will commence from the date of sign of delivery of goods. Although some exceptions will apply
8.2.1 -- The company will not be liable for destruction of goods due to not following assembly instructions and repairs. This also includes personal modification you have made
8.2.2 -- Attempt your own repairs or to restructure any parts.
8.2.3 -- Breakage during misuse, carelessness or third party
8.2.4 -- Failure to provide adequate proof or verification of the degree of damage.
8.2.5 -- Products arranged using a hard surface/floor.
8.3 Items are covered by the warranty exclusively for manufactured shortcomings. The warranty does not stipulate products can be returned/replaced within the one year for a full refund. Grandeurinteriors.co.uk will ONLY substitute parts or items in question. No change or different products will be offered. It is to the judgement of Grandeurinteriors.co.uk should we opt to send parts out or replace the full product. We will take respond with making good professional conduct when judging and auditing your concerns
9. Force Majeure and Limitation of Liability
9.1 Grandeurinteriors.co.uk is eliminated from all liability in connection with failure to operate, or delay in performance of, any obligations under a contract that is caused by events not in our remit
9.2 Any negligence or any accountability in relation to loss/other would be subjected to the value of order
9.2.1 This includes but is not limited to revenue loss, following any indemnities, expenses, lost income and any third party claims etc..
10.1 Data Protection and GDPR
We act in accordance with all the legal obligations of Data Protection Act 1998 as well General Data Protection Regulation and all your private information is confidential and secure. Any personal information will not be distributed or sold to any third party.
Delivery & Returns
In relation to deliveries, we are operating as normal and communicating with our delivery partners to accomplish safe delivery of goods as we collectively face this pandemic.
Please note: Changes in service will depend on when and how the Government advises non-essential businesses to operate. This may affect some deliveries, primarily relating to Divan Sets plus Mattresses because they are made to order. With Government legislations continually changing, we are not able to function as usual, hence this can lead to delays of up to 10 working days.
The courier service provider will communicate with you to book a date. The opportunity to select your own date during this arduous period will NOT be made available.

An email/text message will be sent out after an order has been placed and when orders are ready for dispatch (within 24/48 hrs) to help book a delivery date to suit you and courier drivers availability.
Delivery Times
- We have most products in stock, but in some exceptional cases it may take up to 21 working days for products not in stock.
- We presently have over 95% of our range always in stock.
- Delivery for our Divan beds and some mattresses can take between 7 to 14 Working days.
- Deliveries to postcodes PA, KA, DG, FK, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, TD, TR, KW, BT, can take 7 – 14 days for delivery. These areas may acquire a Delivery charge.
Returns Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the day of purchase.
Return Process:
- We can organize a collection date via our delivery team. You will incur a charge of £49 which will be deducted from any refund owed.
- Alternatively, you may wish to return the item yourself.
- All items must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition.
- Items which have been assembled cannot be returned.
Reimbursements will be released within 21 days of receipt of goods.
Cancellations
If you decide to cancel your order and your order has been administered OR a delivery date has been reserved, you will incur a cancellation charge of up to £49.
Exchange/Replacements
Any items received with missing parts, we will send out additional parts as soon as possible. Please inform us within 48 hours of delivery of any damage to the items received, as we may not be able to interchange damaged items at a later date.
Photographic confirmation may be necessary to exchange damaged parts.
If you wish to exchange your order, an exchange charge of up to £49 will be incurred.
